The Suffolk Arms is a classic pub with a modern twist, aiming to create a unique dining experience. We focus on great service, fresh food and a proper pub atmosphere.

We are seeking a dedicated Manager to lead our team at The Suffolk Arms in Cheltenham. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our award wining pub, which serves a Gastro style menu. The Manager will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and supporting team development.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and food quality. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional hospitality and dining experiences. Manage staffing level and training. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and production. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant or pub management is essential. Working as part of a team and a hands on approach. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage the team. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
