This is an opportunity to join Deloitte\'s award-winning creative agency 368.

The agency is split between London, and Leeds with a support team in Hyderabad, with around 110 people. This role is based in Leeds. The agency creates campaigns across the UK, North South Europe and Globally. It\'s a fun and friendly place to work, with a great team spirit.

The Creative department in which this role sits, consists of team of concepting creatives, designers, UX specialists and a film team. The agency also includes specialist teams that provide Deloitte branded experiences, digital developers, Social Media, Strategy and SEO as well as a full team of Account Leads and Project Managers.

This role will look after and manage a range of design projects, taking the design lead on them and coordinating design resource, ensuring quality control, brand alignment and efficiencies. The role will sit alongside other design leads and together you will manage individual designers within your team. You will also support and mentor other members of the design team especially when it comes to the articulation of ideas and design concepts. You will report into the Head of Design.

• You will work with, and manage a team of creative specialists who work to the highest standards to create defining, and where possible, award winning work.
• You will work creating and managing designers who design visual identities to promote campaigns; and specific projects that work across multiple executions aligned with a big campaign idea. We believe that to create impactful work we need to stand out and be distinctive. Standing out requires us to be original and inventive and we expect our designs leads to inspire our designers to think beyond the expected.
• Other work we do includes eye-catching and engaging ideas for social media; page layout designs that are clear, confident and human; graphics and infographics that both simplify the complex, and look beautiful at the same time,
• You will work collaboratively with all teams within 368 and also with our internal clients.
• You will take a lead on ensuring our work is designed to a high standard and aligns with our brand ensuring our high standards for quality are met. Quality control and efficiency are key measurables within the agency.
• You will manage, nurture and mentor other designers and upskill them based on your experience. We encourage people to share their knowledge and teach leading by example.
• You will actively support the Head of Design and act as his representative in Leeds, acting as a leadership role model, helping the operations team with resourcing and WIP management and become a key cornerstone of the department and agency.

Essentials:

• You will have strong inspirational leadership skills
• You have experience in managing designers at different levels
• You have experience in managing workflow, WIPs,
• You will have the ability to transform dull communications into clear, simple, intelligent and human designs that will resonate with different audiences
• You will showcase exceptional design skills in print and digital (advertising, brochures, DM,) email marketing, website content, social media and video graphics). We\'re looking for clean, typographically elegant, imaginative and impactful work that demands a second look
• You are experienced at coming up with problem solving, campaign-driven creative design ideas to an award-winning standard
• You can showcase your ability to work across multiple campaigns and initiatives
• Your attention to quality control and detail is excellent
• You have strong experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator/Key Note/Powerpoint etc.

Personal independence
