We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Manager. As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, optimising sales, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment, be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, handle administrative tasks such as payroll, ordering supplies, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Supervise Assistant Managers and/ or team members in the successful operation of the Brand Hub Work with Operations Manager/Franchisee to prepare and oversee departmental budget Work with Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, UK Brand Team on planning and implementation of store marketing plan with emphasis on marketing the store to drive top line sales & increase brand awareness Manage and develop the catering and off premise business including cakes and delivery Oversee the development of fulltime Scoop Shop staff to maximize performance and development through the use of Performance Development Plan (PDP) process and ongoing coaching and development Identify and resolve problems from customers and staff members that affect Brand Hub operations Work closely with retail and marketing operations on new products and messaging that can enhance Brand Hub experience. Oversee the scheduling of all store staff and events Manage the overall store operations including appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and operating standards, and merchandising and display execution Manage product selection specific to the retail site, based on analysis of sales and margin performance. Hire and manage store staff ranging from 5-20 employees Develop and manage training and orientation for all employees with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service Oversee the daily financial operations to include cash management, bank procedures, ordering, inventory, register accuracy, preparation of sales and inventory reports and analyses to enhance business operations Accountable for maintaining the accuracy of daily cashing in and out of all registers and cashiers, sales to cash reconciliation, and daily sales summary reports for their shift Support Retail Operations training needs Actively support company safety goals by ensuring consistent safe work behaviours
Experience:

2+ years' experience supervising staff in a retail or food service environment Experience in high volume, fast paced retail environment Proven ability to lead people Strong accounting/finance experience Excellent communication and decision-making skills Strong organisation and time management skills Strong project management skills and problem solving ability Ability to calmly and quickly handle stressful situations by being autonomous, proactive and having a responsive disposition to anticipate and fulfil customer needs Highly organized, energetic, team oriented individual with a positive "can -do" attitude and a strong commitment to outstanding customer service Autonomous, proactive and responsive disposition to anticipate and fulfil customer needs Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and support to achieve store goals. Retail experience: Understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, customer service standards, and store merchandising. Organisational abilities: Strong organisational skills to manage store processes efficiently, handle administrative tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and ensure the smooth functioning of the store.
