Job Description
FIKA is looking for an energetic Manager to work at our recently opened Hove location on Second Avenue. You will have managerial experience and must be able to make coffee to a high standard. You must have experience of leading teams and staying cool and controlled at all times.
We serve epic brunch and damn good coffee and we need strong leaders to help us maintain high standards throughout the teams and our products. We've got a wicked following now and we need passionate managers to help us to continue to grow in the right directions.

Must haves:
Experience in leading a team
Experience in making coffee to a high standard
Able to take initiative and make quick, strong decisions
Bring proper FIKA energy to shifts
