Full Time Coffee Shop Manager

to take the reins at our

brand-new Ori Caffe inside the John Lewis Store

in Southampton. If you love coffee, have culinary expertise, thrive in a buzzing environment, and know how to bring out the best in a team, this could be your perfect blend.

What You'll Be Brewing Up

Running the show: Oversee daily operations, from staffing and stock to service and smiles. Quality first: Make sure every dish and drink looks great and tastes even better. Lead the team: Train, support, and inspire your crew to deliver top-notch service. Stay organised: Keep things clean, safe, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Be the go to: Handle customer queries and keep the vibe positive and welcoming. Stock smart: Monitor supplies and place orders to keep everything flowing.

Your Ingredients for Success

Experience leading teams in hospitality or food service. Solid culinary skills and a love for great food. A natural leader who builds strong, happy teams. Sharp knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices. Barista skills? Even better! We love a good brew. Great communicator who thrives under pressure. Hotel or catering background is a must.
