Manager

to help lead our Dalston team, with the opportunity to oversee operations across multiple sites as our brand continues to grow.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to step into a leadership role with one of London's most loved pizzerias. While you will primarily be based at our Dalston location, this role involves overseeing operations across multiple sites as we expand, offering plenty of room for growth and career development.

Your Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high food quality. Lead and motivate a diverse team, creating a positive, performance-driven culture. Handle opening and closing duties, stock management, and ordering supplies. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly. Assist with training and onboarding new team members.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a hospitality leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations. A hands-on leader who sets the tone with positivity and professionalism. Great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across shifts as needed. Bonus points for experience in bartending or food production.
