Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of bakery operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional products and service.
Manage budgets, control costs, and meet sales targets.
Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Open and/or close the store as required.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a management role within a bakery, cafe, or similar food service environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Proven experience in
coffee preparation
, with a solid understanding of different coffee styles, equipment, and basic barista techniques.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for baked goods and specialty coffee.
Desirable:
