Joe Blake's is now recruiting a Manager to lead our Bond Street location, in the heart of Central London.

Pay starts at 15-17 per hour, plus monthly bonuses, with a full-time contract for 40 hours per week being offered.

We are looking for someone with a great knowledge of speciality coffee and the ability to grow revenue, build a team and coach others. We are a small growing business, so there will be plenty of opportunity to progress.

Joe Blake's is focused on producing exceptional coffee, quickly and passionately, with all of our locations being grab-and-go focused in high footfall areas, often bringing a small retail space to life. Days will be busy with plenty to do and lots of coffee to make!

We pride ourselves on having the best equipment for the best baristas. To keep things at the very top of quality and standards while ensuring quick output, you will work with:

Required experience:

Knowledge and experience within speciality coffee are key

Experience as a head barista is desired

Experience of a store manager is required
