Manager, Marketing & eCommerce


As Marketing and eCommerce Consulting Manager, you will empower Hilton hotels across EMEA to optimise their online presence and channel performance through data-driven strategies. Your role will centre on eCommerce best practices, supporting the drive towards a best-in-class digital shop window for our portfolio of hotels.


You will support hotels in driving their online performance, collaborating closely with key commercial partners and stakeholders, and the broader Marketing and Loyalty teams. A key part of your remit will be to surface and activate marketing and eCommerce opportunities - across both Hilton direct channels and third-party platforms - that drive measurable bookings growth.


As a champion of hotel-level eCommerce, you will enable property teams with website recommendations, content gap analyses, online customer journey and communicating key web development roadmaps that support the drive to hotel success. An ability to connect data sources, interpret insights, and guide strategic decisions will be instrumental in elevating hotel visibility and conversion.

What will I be doing?




The Manager will support and report into the Senior Manager and is responsible for digital optimisation within the Marketing & eCommerce Consulting team, which support and drive digital bookings on Hilton brand platforms in the EMEA.


Hotel eCommerce

Ensure our Hilton.com property pages are fully optimised to drive success, delivering the best possible online customer journey. Contribute to the digital ramp up of our key newly opened hotels in region with dedicated hotel stakeholder management and commercial support. Respond to commercial queries from hotels and internal teams, using data insights and enterprise tools to guide strategic decisions and improve online presence. Identify opportunities to scale successful hotel-level solutions across the wider EMEA portfolio and Hilton.com ecosystem, enhancing regional performance through data-driven strategies. Introduce and monitor new opportunities that improve conversion on Hilton-owned channels and share best practices to maximise impact. Evaluate and consult on new technologies that enhance communication with hotels whilst supporting a self-serve model for hotel education and enablement. Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives by participating in ideation sessions and feeding performance insights into broader value workstreams.
