Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and light food items. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, in accordance with company standards. Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling light snacks or pastries when required. Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and processing payments promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, equipment, and seating areas throughout shifts. Manage multiple tasks effectively, including serving customers during busy periods while maintaining quality standards. Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure product availability. Uphold health and safety policies, including proper food handling procedures.

Experience

Previous

barista experience

is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of

food safety

standards is advantageous. Experience in

serving

customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Basic

food preparation

skills are beneficial. Competence in

basic maths

for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong

time management
