Our vision for Amazon Ultra-Fast-Grocery is to establish Amazon as the first-choice grocery store for our customers worldwide. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Marketing Leader to manage our Free Traffic (Onsite, Email, Push, Organic, Partnerships) marketing strategy for our International business (Europe and Japan).

In this role, you will define end-to-end Traffic Product marketing strategy across Amazon owned and operated channels (On-amazon, Email, Push, internal partnerships) and execute an operational plan to drive growth for Ultra-Fast-Grocery internationally in close collaboration with internal Amazon business partners.

This product marketing leader will be passionate about diving deep into data to inform business requirements, and up level content and reach of our marketing campaigns. This person will lead a team dedicated to campaigning across Owned and Operated marketing channels (onsite Amazon.com, email, push) and developing products and processes to improve our marketing efficiency (personalization, automation, offshoring).
This manager role will be leadership facing and requires strong executive presence and communication skills (written and verbal). An entrepreneurial spirit, a data driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.

Your role will sit within a centralized marketing team distributed across EU and supporting Amazon\'s Ultra-Fast Grocery business, which includes Amazon Fresh delivery and physical store businesses as well as delivery through third-party grocery partners like Morrisons (UK), Monoprix (FR) and others.

To be successful in the role you will have a mix of digital marketing and product management skills, as well as a strong desire to scale through innovation and automation.

As an ideal candidate:

You are a passionate and experienced marketer with background in digital channels (including onsite, email and push) with a focus on performance marketing.

You are comfortable operating in highly ambiguous business situations.

Key job responsibilities
- You will design traffic plans to achieve growth goals and address localized marketing challenges across seven countries in oftentimes highly ambiguous circumstances.
- You will deliver a best in class content and experimentation strategy across channels to improve our marketing reach and efficiency.
- You will be directly involved in day-to-day marketing operations, tasked with establishing and improving key execution and reporting processes.
- You will lead 2-3 product marketers responsible for delivering Owned and Operated marketing strategies and collaborate closely with local marketing teams for each of your supported countries, as well as business partners across Amazon, to implement defined plans.
- You will work closely with Planning and Lifecycle functions to ensure your plans contribute to acquisition, engagement and topline goals, to feed into mechanisms to monitor and respond to performance trends and report on overall business impact to director and VP-level leaders.
- You will also manage our relationships with central Amazon teams and internal partners, collaborating to influence product roadmaps, launch automation and tech improvements to drive traffic at scale, seek and secure new growth opportunities and increase depth in channel management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or similar filed
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
- Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
- Experience hiring and developing strong talent and building a team
