The Role

As Managing Director, you will:

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the firm Work closely with partners and senior staff to achieve business goals Develop and execute growth strategies, including client acquisition and service expansion Ensure continued delivery of high-quality services across all departments Represent the firm at a senior level with clients, regulators, and industry bodies
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within accountancy, finance, or professional services ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a deep understanding of financial management Strong commercial acumen and a track record of business development Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Visionary mindset with the ability to inspire and lead change
