The Role
A successful Managing Director within TritonExec's Global RPO division leads the delivery of executive and senior-level searches across key client accounts, ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences. Acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, this role drives operational excellence, manages high-performing teams, and ensures accountability for results.
You will oversee search execution, client relationships, and business growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality, data integrity, and delivery. With a focus on leadership, partnership, and continuous improvement, you will represent TritonExec's value proposition confidently and help shape the success of our global RPO offering.
Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for client accounts, ensuring alignment on hiring strategies, proactive communication, and delivery excellence.
Build and expand senior stakeholder relationships to drive long-term client partnerships and satisfaction.
Lead multiple executive searches and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality candidate engagement and accountability for successful delivery across your team or account.
Manage and mentor Recruiters, setting clear expectations, coaching for performance, and fostering continuous improvement. Ensure the team consistently executes recruitment processes and delivers against SLAs and quality standards.
Oversee workflow distribution and requisition prioritisation to optimise team capacity and delivery timelines.
Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all candidate and role data across platforms, ensuring consistent reporting and operational excellence in collaboration with Operations.
Drive performance monitoring through data-driven reporting, quality assurance, and regular feedback loops. Identify trends and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and delivery effectiveness.
Address complex recruitment challenges with creativity and agility. Act as the escalation point for issues, collaborating across teams to implement effective resolutions.
Represent TritonExec in new business opportunities and pitches, supporting the growth of existing accounts and help win new clients through strategic relationship building and consultative selling.
Manage full client interaction with professionalism and executive presence. Engage senior-level candidates, ensuring an experience aligned with TritonExec's standard of excellence.
Design and execute proactive hiring initiatives, including open days and targeted recruitment drives, to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future client needs.
Qualifications
& Skills Required
Proven experience (5+ years) executing searches at scale, ideally within a high-volume RPO or internal Talent Acquisition function known for efficiency
Demonstrated success in managing and filling multiple senior-level roles simultaneously
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and navigating complex organisational structures and stakeholder expectations
Strong understanding of RPO and/or internal Talent Acquisition processes, with experience using recruitment tools, systems, and data-driven reporting
Ability to quickly adapt to evolving methodologies and client needs
Experienced acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, translating business objectives into effective talent strategies
Skilled in identifying critical talent gaps and developing innovative recruitment solutions
Confident interacting with senior executives, representing the organization with professionalism and credibility
