Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment. Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of various initiatives and projects. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and organisational policies. Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior management role with strong leadership capabilities minimum 5 years experience in glazing industry. Preferrably strong sales background Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making. Experience in developing strategic plans that align with organisational goals.
