CloudiQS is an AWS advanced partner, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director that has extensive experience working in IT / AWS cloud to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management and leadership, with a proven track record of supervising teams and overseeing financial operations.

This role requires an individual who can inspire others, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence within the company.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organisational growth and efficiency. Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. Oversee daily operations, providing guidance and support to department heads. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all business functions. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior management role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Extensive experience in supervising teams and managing diverse groups of employees. Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Relevant qualifications in business management or related fields are preferred.
