Contract: Full time, permanent

Responsibilities

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting the highly successful commercial team, regularly providing reports to the Commercial Manager and the wider business unit.

Your day to day will include:

\xc2\xb7 Taking responsibility for managing all commercial items regarding the MEP Services across multiple Custodial Sites delivering to high standards across reporting, risk management, opportunity management, future forecasting, and team management.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring commercial items are managed and driven throughout projects by the whole MEP Team. This will be carried out through preconstruction, construction, and post construction phases of projects.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met

Who are we looking for?

This role of Managing Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:

\xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain relationships with clients, customers and suppliers

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lead a team with organisational skills and capable to develop team members.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in delivering projects of MEP value 20 million plus as well as managing multiple projects across Preconstruction and Construction phases.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience in management and control of multiple Sub-contractor controlling performance, safety, quality, productivity and programme

\xc2\xb7 High level of competence in digital construction methods and tools
