We are expanding our Customer Support Team and looking for a Mandarin-speaking Support & Supplier Liaison to help deliver exceptional service to our clients and maintain clear communication with our suppliers in Shenzhen.
This is a phone-based position, handling both inbound and outbound calls with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be personable, confident, and able to engage naturally with clients. Over time, the successful candidate will gain strong technical product knowledge, allowing them to assist customers more effectively and act as a translator or interpreter between our technical team and Chinese suppliers when required. The role would start off as a 0900 to 1700 weekdays plus the ability to volunteer for a Satarday in exchange for the Monday off.
Liaise with suppliers in Shenzhen, providing translation and communication support as needed
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels
Develop and apply product and technical knowledge to assist customers with troubleshooting and support
Translate technical information accurately between English and Mandarin to ensure clear understanding
Create and manage customer contracts and records
Conduct courtesy calls and follow-ups with clients
Assist in preparing and dispatching stock orders
Take payments over the phone securely and accurately
Log and manage support tickets, escalating when necessary
Provide general administrative and support duties
