37.5 hours per week. Late shift, Monday to Thursday (07:30 - 16:00), Friday (07:30 - 13:00)
Salary: Up to 17.50 per hour (approx 35k per annum). Dependent on experience

About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful support and maintenance within our engineering team.
What you'll be doing:
Work closely with the Engineering Manager and team to design and manufacture fixtures, jigs, and tooling for machining, inspection, assembly, and pressure testing.
Maintain an organised and safe tool room and work area.
Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to procure materials needed for fixture and tooling production.
Support manual machining and CNC machining operations when required.
Assist with other engineering tasks as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
Expertise in manual turning and milling--you know your way around a lathe and a mill like the back of your hand.
Strong understanding of work-holding fixtures for CNC machines.
Experience with pressure test fixtures and their design/manufacture.
Proven track record in jig and fixture making using traditional tool room equipment.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in every component.
