We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
QA Analyst
to join our quality assurance team. This role is suitable for candidates at all experience levels--from recent graduates eager to build their QA career to experienced professionals capable of driving advanced testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual and/or automated testing based on experience level.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing as needed.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Ensure that software meets business and technical requirements before release.
Prepare comprehensive test reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and defect life cycle.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar (preferred).
Good communication and willingness to learn automation/testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience in manual and/or automated testing.
Ability to design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases and automation scripts.
Proficiency in QA tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, Cypress, or similar.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of API testing, SQL queries, and test automation strategies.
Ability to work independently and support junior team members.
Extensive experience leading QA initiatives or managing end-to-end test cycles.
Expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and quality governance.
Strong understanding of performance testing, security testing, and advanced test design techniques.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams to shape testing strategy and architecture.
Leadership in driving best practices and mentoring QA teams.
Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.).
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).
Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience testing mobile applications.
Exposure to performance-testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
