Job Description
FMP Ltd is a small, farm-based engineering firm looking for a dependable and efficient Production/Warehouse Operative to become part of our team.
In this role, you will support the seamless operation of our production processes and warehouse functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling and manufacturing products in line with customer specifications and quality standards
Operating machinery and equipment to fulfill orders efficiently
Keeping the workspace, including the warehouse and production areas, well-organized
Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods and materials in the warehouse
Conducting quality control checks and reporting any defects or issues in production
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred Ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Capable of working independently when necessary Familiarity with working to precise measurements
Additional Notes:
is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Own transport is preferred due to our rural location Please only apply if you are available to work the designated hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
