As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll experience a workplace where no two days are the same. Embrace the opportunity for creativity as you work with a variety of parts. Based in our Aberdeen workshop, you'll report to the Shift Team Leader, taking on the responsibility of preparing materials, equipment, and producing top-quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification and target.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desired. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S) is advantageous. Previous manual handling experience. Ability to work on your initiative. Desire to learn and grow.
Don't worry if you're not an expert yet; we provide a comprehensive 5-week training program from day one. Be ready to work shifts on a three-shift rotation pattern (6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm & 10 pm - 6 am), rotating each week.
