About the Role

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing and production control processes and procedures to ensure successful production planning & manufacturing of crushing equipment within a fast paced manufacturing facility.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Creation & Maintenance of Bill of Materials for Production & New Product Development Processing Production & Engineering Change Orders Processing Machine Spec Changes Maintenance of Takt Schedules Execute the weekly machine configuration process Production support to the Manufacturing Department Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle Create & Maintain production schedules Drive Continuous Improvement Projects

About you

Experience & Qualifications:Minimum HNC / HND Engineering Qualification or demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge through on job experience. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) would be advantageous Competent in use of Microsoft packages Experience of 3D modelling software would be advantageous Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent multi-tasking & attention to detail skills Ability to work under pressure Good organisational skills Logical & Methodical approach to problem solving Ability to work with others to meet deadlines
