We are looking for a confident and results-driven

Marketing Account Manager

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys juggling multiple projects and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse client base, while also supporting Radar's own brand, events and publishing platforms.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include:



Managing multiple client accounts and internal projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met. Developing and executing marketing campaigns for both Radar-owned platforms, publications, and events, as well as client projects. Creating and implementing strategic marketing plans in line with client and company objectives. Coordinating marketing campaigns with internal sales, design, PR and event teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Creating a wide range of marketing collateral - both digital and print - aligned with brand guidelines and strategic goals. Leading the planning, preparation and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, direct mail, paid media, and telemarketing. Briefing and collaborating with designers, web developers, writers, and PR team members to deliver high-quality outputs. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications using analytics tools and KPIs. Managing and optimising lead generation campaigns for both Radar and clients, tracking ROI and suggesting improvements. Proofreading and editing copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency, clarity and approval before publication. Securing advertising and editorial space across relevant print and digital media for both Radar and client campaigns. Liaising with journalists, media outlets, and third-party suppliers to maximise coverage and negotiate media buys. Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure all teams are aligned on marketing activity and objectives. Identifying and analysing potential strategic partnerships to support marketing objectives. Attending client and internal meetings (in person and online), providing strategic input and project updates.

Experience:



A minimum of

3 years' experience in a marketing, PR, or communications role

, ideally within an agency environment. Proven experience

managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously

, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Demonstrable track record of

planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns

, including digital, print, PR, and event promotion. Strong experience in

client liaison and account management

, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships. Experience briefing and coordinating creative teams (design, web, copywriting) to deliver marketing collateral and campaign assets. Comfortable working across various platforms and tools such as

email marketing software, social media schedulers, CMS, and analytics platforms.

Experience writing and editing copy for various channels including email, social media, blogs, press releases, and marketing collateral. Familiarity with the

built environment, construction, or manufacturing sectors

would be advantageous but not essential.
