About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our Omagh team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of digital marketing tasks and traditional office support responsibilities.

You'll spend your mornings focused on marketing efforts, including content creation and managing our social media presence and your afternoons handling administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and managing customer information.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing (AM focus):

Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) Schedule and manage posts across social media channels Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials Monitor and respond to basic social media interactions
Administrative (PM focus):

Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately Maintain and update the CRM and DMS with accurate information Perform general filing and record-keeping tasks Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as needed

Ideal Candidate



Full UK driving licence Experience with video editing software preferred Strong creative flair with the confidence to bring forward new ideas Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
