We're looking for a passionate

Marketing and Brand Communications Assistant

to help us amplify the Heavenly Desserts brand and connect with dessert lovers around the globe! This is your chance to bring your ideas to life, create eye-catching campaigns, and get hands-on experience in the exciting world of marketing.

Reporting into the

Marketing Manager

, you'll play a key role within the marketing function, taking ownership of written communications and content across multiple channels. You'll be involved in exciting brand campaigns, new product launches and menu launches, while helping shape how Heavenly Desserts communicates with guests digitally.

Key Responsibilities:

Writing and managing PR content, press releases and brand communications Creating blog posts, brand stories and written website content Email marketing campaigns (CRM) App notifications and guest inbox messaging Writing and scheduling LinkedIn content for the brand Supporting brand tone of voice and identity across all written communications within the business. Assisting with marketing campaigns, promotions and launches Supporting new product and menu launches with compelling written content Working closely with internal teams and agencies where required Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy Be a key player in executing our marketing strategies, working directly with our ops team and franchisees to make magic happen. Help us smash new restaurant launches and ensure that every opening gets the spotlight it deserves! Work with the content team to coordinate photo and video shoots , bringing our dessert creations to life on screen. Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to keep Heavenly Desserts trending across the UK and beyond!

About You

Some experience in marketing, PR, communications or content writing A strong interest in writing, storytelling and brand communication Excellent written English and attention to detail Organised, proactive and keen to take ownership of tasks Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment An interest in food, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a bonus. A valid driver's license is preferable but not essential. A willingness to travel for content shoots across our various locations.
