We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join GamCare as we're recruiting a Marketing and Brand Manager to implement our integrated marketing and brand strategy. This important role will support GamCare's position as the UK's leading provider of gambling harm support and treatment through the delivery of effective marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that enhance awareness of our services and help more people access the support they need.
The Marketing and Brand Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of GamCare's marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand application and effective campaign delivery. Working closely with the Clinical Operations team, you will implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels that directly support our treatment services and Helpline. As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage marketing specialists and coordinate activities that deliver measurable outcomes and support our service users.
About You
As the successful candidate, you'll have proven experience in marketing, with demonstrated expertise in campaign management and brand implementation. You will have experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, and maintaining brand consistency. You'll have managed marketing budgets and teams, with a track record in digital marketing and campaign measurement. Most importantly, you'll bring the ability to lead teams through effective project management while delivering measurable results across marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Implement GamCare's integrated marketing and brand strategy, with consistent execution across all channels
Coordinate and deliver effective marketing campaigns that increase awareness of GamCare's National Gambling Helpline and treatment services
Manage GamCare's digital marketing activities, ensuring our online presence delivers excellent user experiences that support clinical objectives
Implement marketing performance tracking and analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness and show results
Lead a team of marketing specialists to deliver high-quality marketing materials and content that accurately represent our services
Maintain comprehensive performance measurement frameworks that track and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities
