Job Title:

Marketing and Brand Manager

Reporting to:

Operations Manager or, in their absence, Head of Administration.

Job Function:

To become the face of JRC Brands and to ensure that all its venues and brands become hugely successful, renowned for their quality, hospitality, food, drinks, and atmosphere.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

JRC Brands Development: Create and implement engaging brand strategies that align with our mission and enhance our unique identity across all outlets, products, and offerings. Marketing Strategy: Design innovative marketing campaigns for all JRC media, web, and print channels that resonate with our audience and showcase our offerings. Event Promotion: Develop promotional events and collaborations that drive foot traffic, online engagement, and increase JRC Brands' presence both online and offline. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with JRC Brands' clientele through interactive marketing tactics, gathering feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, assess competition, and unearth new opportunities for growth across all JRC Brands.
General:

Attend meetings to discuss new products/ideas, attend photoshoots, and take part in meetings and training with brands. Become an active part of all JRC Brand teams. Be available to meet the business needs both on and off the premises. Be available at any other site operated by the company when requested (e.g., Stockholm). Learn how to describe and promote all experiences/concepts that JRC Brands offer in a correct and clear way. Gain understanding of the different online platforms, third parties, and other partnering companies that JRC Brands work with, and contribute ideas on how to increase market share and drive more revenue through those channels.
Teamwork:

Work as part of a team with all JRC Brand departments, demonstrating professionalism, excellent customer service, and setting an example at all times. Ensure that any future reporting lines and employees work seamlessly together, providing excellent customer service levels and being capable of carrying out the day-to-day activities their roles require under JRC Brands. Provide support where required to ensure the smooth and professional running of the operation of all JRC Brands.
Business Development:

Practice confidentiality and contribute to the success of all JRC Brands. Be aware of everyone's contribution to the success of the business for all JRC Brands. Ensure every opportunity is taken to increase sales, drive revenue, and manage costs for all JRC Brands. Actively represent all JRC Brands outside its premises and aim to build a comprehensive network with industry professionals, writers, brand ambassadors, etc.
Company Policies and Procedures:

Be fully aware of the following:

Accident procedures (e.g., First Aiders and First Aid Boxes). Health and Safety Policies and Procedures for all JRC Brand venues. Fire Procedures for all JRC Brand venues. Appropriate Licensing Laws.
Other:

Treat all company property with respect and care. Carry out any other reasonable request from your Reporting Manager or Directors.
Additional Responsibilities:

This job description reflects the present requirements of the post. As duties and responsibilities change and develop, the job description will be reviewed and may be amended in consultation with the post holder every six months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 51,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
