We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Manager, with a specific focus on our Public and Professional Services sector and Select international markets (including the US and China).



The role will lead on planning and delivery across business development and marketing plans so requires a mixed a 'hands-on' and strategic approach to marketing and BD.



This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business development professional to take a leading role in the management of a successful sector and international market focus, with clear goals and growth priorities.



This role can be based out of any of our UK offices, and our standard working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.



Candidate Overview



We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:


Experience in a similar BD / Marketing position ideally in a Legal or Partnership environment - covering a broad spectrum of activities including but not limited to areas such as events, pursuits, pitches, case studies and capability documents Line management experience or experience coaching and mentoring juniors in a team, managing the resources within the team to ensure these are aligned with the priorities of the sector leadership team. Experience of creating targeted business plans and strategies, aimed at key clients, both current and potential. Experience working in a highly organised, systematic manner to be able to spin several plates at once across the key areas you will support. Evidence of acting as a trusted advisor - this role covers sensitive / high value clients and therefore requires an individual who can build relationships first and foremost.
