We're now seeking a dynamic, strategic

Marketing and Business Development Manager

who shares these values and can help us grow our community, expand our services, and make an even bigger difference to families.

Your Role

You'll lead our marketing and business development activities -- shaping strategyand delivering day-to-day marketing that reflects the warmth, excellence, and energy of Therapy Stars.

Future Opportunity:

This role has the potential to develop into a permanent employed position as our clinic grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

Create and deliver a marketing and communications plan that aligns with our values and growth ambitions.

Content Creation:

Produce engaging, value-driven content for social media, our website, newsletters, and printed materials.

Campaign Management:

Plan and run creative multi-channel campaigns that showcase our passion and excellence.

Relationship Building:

Develop strong partnerships with referrers such as GPs, health visitors, nurseries, schools, and community groups.

Community Engagement:

Organise and promote events like workshops, open days, and educational sessions.

Digital Presence:

Manage and enhance our website (WordPress) and email marketing (MailerLite) to boost engagement.

Analytics:

Track marketing results, measure impact, and adapt strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Business Growth:

Identify new opportunities for services, partnerships, and outreach.

Client Experience:

Support initiatives that ensure every family's journey with us feels professional, caring, and full of joy.

Who You Are

A positive, enthusiastic marketer with proven experience in marketing, communications, or business development (experience in healthcare, education, family services, or wellness is a bonus). Skilled in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and CRM systems (WordPress, Canva and MailerLite experience preferred). An excellent communicator -- nurturing and empowering others through everything you create. A flexible, adaptable team player who embraces collaboration and is comfortable with change. Someone who strives for excellence and brings strong attention to detail, energy, and creativity to their work. Genuinely passionate about making a difference -- and bringing fun into the journey!

Desirable Experience

A degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience working in children's healthcare, therapy, education, or wellness environments. Familiarity with local healthcare and family networks.
