Marketing and Commercial Manager

to lead client engagement, brand promotion, and commercial development across diverse industries.

Role Overview



The Marketing and Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities. This role requires a professional with strong communication and cross-cultural skills, capable of engaging both UK and Chinese-speaking clients. The successful candidate will also oversee events, sponsorship collaborations, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term relationship building.

Organize promotional events, networking sessions, and sponsorship activities to expand the company's reach.

Lead PR and communications campaigns, producing compelling content for digital platforms and traditional media.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategy development.

Collaborate with partners, arts & lifestyle brands, and high-net-worth clients on bespoke marketing solutions.

Support new business development through lead generation, pitching, and contract negotiations.

Provide bilingual communication ?English and Mandarin? to effectively liaise with international stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, marketing, PR, or client management.

Strong record in event organization, client onboarding, and sponsorship management.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially with HNWIs and institutional partners.

Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising strategies, and cross-border communications.

Bilingual proficiency:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Knowledge of financial, lifestyle, or luxury service sectors is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-52,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in England, W1U 6UD
