Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing and Commercial Manager to lead the company's marketing strategy and oversee its commercial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting Eguards' services, managing client relationships, coordinating business development initiatives, and improving operational efficiency.
This is a managerial-level position requiring a strong blend of marketing, analytical, and administrative skills with a focus on achieving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and business development strategies to promote company services.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional materials in line with brand strategy.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new commercial opportunities.
Manage tenders, proposals, and client acquisition activities to expand the company's client base.
Oversee contract negotiation, budgeting, and performance tracking to support commercial targets.
Prepare analytical reports, financial summaries, and presentations for management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data protection, health and safety, and company policies.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure coordinated delivery of business objectives.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Candidate Requirements
Degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
3+ years' experience in administration, marketing, or commercial management.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, financial oversight, and operations coordination.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.
Experience in the security or service sector and knowledge of risk management and procurement are advantageous.
