As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our marketing and commercial operations to reach a wider audience, strengthen our partnerships, and promote our mental health and educational initiatives across both UK and international markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing and Commercial Manager to drive our brand growth, partnership development, and public engagement efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for wellbeing and education, and the ability to engage clients across cultures -- particularly within English and Chinese-speaking communities.
The ideal candidate will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage commercial partnerships, and lead initiatives that enhance PSYWELL's presence in the wellbeing and psychological services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with PSYWELL's vision in psychological and educational consultancy.
Manage client relationships and partnerships across health, education, and social sectors.
Organise mental health awareness events, workshops, and cross-sector collaborations.
Lead bilingual communications (English & Mandarin) with international clients and partners.
Create and manage digital content for social media, campaigns, and press releases.
Identify new commercial opportunities and sponsorship collaborations.
Support the design and promotion of wellbeing programmes and training services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, client management, or business development.
Strong interest in mental health, education, or wellbeing sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially with high-value clients and partners.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and PR communications.
Bilingual proficiency in English (professional) and Mandarin Chinese (fluent).
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across cultures.
