We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Commercial Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive commercial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, expanding market share, and overseeing commercial performance across the business.
Duties
Develop and implement integrated marketing and commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee brand management, digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Manage commercial activities including pricing, product positioning, sales forecasting, and revenue optimization.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, product development, and finance teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
Manage external agencies and marketing partnerships.
Ensure marketing and commercial operations align with company values, regulatory standards, and market expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, commercial management, or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and commercial strategy.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Experience working in [industry--e.g., retail, FMCG, technology, finance] is an advantage.

Pay: 45,000.00-52,000.00 per year
