Assisting sales director with marketing sales, booking in and setting up events as well as general customer and business support

Head Office is in Barnsley, South Yorkshire however, we offer a remote working policy which facilitates members of the team working from different locations around the country

9am to 5.30pm/Monday to Friday

Role Overview



To support both post-sales activity and marketing delivery across the business. This role includes managing broker and lender engagement, running webinars and demos, handling advertising campaigns, social media, and the Notify platform. You'll be the first point of contact for user enquiries and play a key role in onboarding, reporting, and communications. Industry experience is essential, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Accountabilities



First response for reception line and support/info mailbox To support Sales with all post sales responsibilities and enquiries To support Sales with additional adhoc sales enquiries Ownership of Marketing booking process Management of all webinars (getting assets and setting up) Management of all system adverts (getting assets and setting up) Management of all other advertising assets (getting assets and setting up) To complete and send an end of campaign report at the start of each month for the month before to all lenders who had advertising Liaising with external partners to provide stats Management of KB Whatsapp channel Running of Broker and Lender Demos Manage all social media channels with regards to the posting of content and campaigns. Monitor and interact with respondents and proactively engaged with accounts that have a relationship with the business all in line with business strategy as outlined by Sales Director To sit as back up on all webinars including LL and support host on each session To keep on top of awareness days and special events in the calendar each year Writing and distribution of Press Releases external comms Support the wider team where relevant in during periods of absence

Industry Experience (Mortgage Broker/Admin/Lender) The ability to work at speed and complete tasks with short deadlines accurately Detail orientated with a methodical approach Ability to assist others in driving forward projects and deliverables even when outside of your immediate remit Proactive and 'can-do' attitude Can work alone and within a team

Skills:



Fast and accurate typing skills Time management, planning and prioritising Excellent organisation skills Computer literate

Knowledge



A solid understanding of mortgage criteria and industry terminology required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
