Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a visionary Marketing and Communications Manager who can further bolster our reputation as a global leader in social impact research and education. This role demands an enthusiastic individual who can not only craft and implement strategic communication initiatives but can also serve as the face of the Centre, engaging with a myriad of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Centre leadership to create and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that bolsters our presence both within the University and on the global stage.
  • Spearhead the development and launch of the new Skoll Centre website.
  • Amplify our voice across social media channels, events, and media forums.
  • Oversee the conception, design, and dissemination of all marketing materials and presentations.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners including the Sa\xc3\xafd Business School, the University of Oxford, the Skoll Foundation, and other potential funders.
  • Lead the annual production and distribution of the Skoll Grant Report and Skoll Centre Annual Report.
  • Prudently manage the Centre\'s marketing budget.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record in communications and marketing.
  • Expertise in devising and rolling out communication strategies.
  • Articulate presentation and writing abilities, complemented by impeccable proofreading skills.
  • Adeptness in creating diverse print and digital content.
  • Digital prowess, particularly in website management and email communication platforms.
  • Proficiency in utilising analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to guide marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with the capability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
