Heales Medical is a commercial provider of Occupational Health services to clients across the United Kingdom. We are a small but growing business using cutting edge technology to provide our customers with an efficient, flexible and client focused service.
Duties
Creation of relevant content for various platforms including websites, social media, email marketing, podcast, video and print materials.
Working with our inhouse Operations team to create and deliver collaterals for new and existing clients.
Developing in-house training videos and training materials to support the learning and development goals of the Organsiation.
Contribute to the production of in-house newsletters for both cutomer and in-house audiences
Maintain an organised schedule of marketing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing communications role or similar position.
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in developing training documents, videos, podcasts for both internal and external clients
Experience with Microsoft Office (or similar) applications, particularly spreadsheet packages for data management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual projects effectively.
This successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running in this role, however we encourage and support all staff to engage in training with a view to enhancing existing skills and deloping new ones.
