We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and creative Marketing and Communications Officer to join our supportive team.

In this varied and busy role, you will be an integral part of our wider marketing and communications function and will be based at East Leake Academy, Nottinghamshire. You will work within the academy setting to provide local marketing support and advice, and to deliver compelling communications that support reputation building, parental communications, and the recruitment of students.

The opportunity



We are seeking a proactive individual who can use their experience to contribute to and manage day-to-day marketing and communications activity, taking a customer centric approach. You'll be an expert in social media with sound digital marketing and content creation skills.

The successful candidate will:

provide professional marketing and communications expertise in the development, delivery and evaluation of assigned areas of activity; support development of multi-channel campaigns which embrace digital innovation to deliver the best return on investment; and identify and create compelling, engaging content which is appropriate in tone for all audiences and showcases academy life through effective storytelling.

Essential


Proven ability to successfully develop and implement multi-channel marketing and communication plans. Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.

Desirable


Professional qualification and/or membership of relevant professional body (e.g. CIPR, CIM).
