About Us

Fiontar Group is a leading health and safety consultancy, and we also own RealSafe, a fast-growing health and safety technology platform. We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our Belfast office to support both brands across marketing, digital, and IT functions.

The Role

This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys combining creativity with technical skills. You'll play an important part in developing our online presence, supporting our teams, and helping us communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, update, and manage websites for Fiontar Group and RealSafe Manage and schedule social media content across multiple channels Create and distribute monthly newsletters for both brands Support our PR consultant with RealSafe-related activities Provide ongoing management of the DocuSafe compliance platform Develop visual materials and slide decks to support the sales team Provide general IT support to the team where required

About You

Experience in website management (WordPress or similar) Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) Confident creating engaging social media content Strong written communication skills with attention to detail Comfortable juggling different projects and deadlines IT-literate with a willingness to provide basic technical support A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently
