Role description and purpose

Reporting directly to the Senior Maketing Manager, the executive will play a key role in helping to deliver the company's sales and marketing strategy. This hands-on role covers the delivery of events, sales and marketing support materials, advertising, marketing intelligence/news, email, social and digital and supporting FaunaGuard/MMD sales activities.

Responsibilities of the role:

Events

Ensure that all promotional materials for events, including merch, clothing, and printed materials such as brochures are ready and delivered in time for each event. Identify and secure speakers for each event. Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders. Plan event layouts, supporting sales collateral and agendas. Support the Sales team and company representatives with travel and accommodation bookings for events. Create and distribute email and social campaigns to boost awareness with HubSpot Sales contacts for each relevant region/event. Analyse the success of each event (number of leads, sales conversions, ROI) and propose creative new improvements to the attendees' experience.

Administration

Assisting with the compilation daily and weekly industry news and PR updates as needed Supply monthly advertising formats to third-party news outlets Create purchase orders for Marketing travel, promotional goods, and any other Marketing related purchases Maintain a clear and up-to-date overview/database of Marketing activities such as Events, Advertising, Reporting and other records on SharePoint Support the Senior Marketing Manager with any other marketing administration tasks as required

Social media

Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience. Plan, create, source, schedule and actively manage content and branding on Ace Aquatec's, Ace Aquatec Chile's, Ace Aquatec CEO's, and Ace Aquatec CSMO's social media presence. Work with stakeholders to develop a strategic plan to generate traffic, improve engagement with target audiences and position Ace Aquatec as thought leaders in the Aquaculture sector.

Sales support (CRM/HubSpot)

Managing sales enquiries and requests for proposals/tenders for Faunaguard and/or MMD's. Providing customers with detailed and accurate proposal quotations, negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing those sales. Perform a weekly check to make sure all new HubSpot entries and deals are complete and correct Support the sales team where needed, providing the team with monthly reports and dashboards Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with the creation of CRM Marketing reports Provide technical support and training for HubSpot

Sales support materials and assets

Create short promotional videos that can be used for Social, Email, and Event campaigns using CapCut Collaborate with our designer and Senior Marketing Manager on branding of Sales and Operations materials Support the creation or the amendments/updates that are made to existing sales materials such as factsheets, case studies, presentations, etc.

Email Marketing and Digital

Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the creation, targeting, and distribution of promotional email marketing campaigns. Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the set up, testing, HubSpot integration, and promotion of the new Chilean website. Monitor the functionality and status of the website, testing the forms and fact sheets, uploading and changing files and copy as needed.
