Overview


The Marketing and Franchise Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, visibility, and commercial success of the Bagaara Restaurant Group. This strategic position is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives across existing restaurant operations while leading franchise expansion and investor engagement. The role combines brand management, commercial strategy, and business development, ensuring Bagaara strengthens its market presence with customers and establishes itself as a leading franchisor.

Franchise Expansion & Investor Development



Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand the restaurant group through new franchise partners and investor engagement. Conduct market analysis to identify viable territories and prospective partners. Manage the full franchise sales cycle from initial enquiry through to agreement execution. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and financial models to potential franchisees and investors. Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards. Establish scalable systems, processes, and support structures for franchise operations.

Marketing & Brand Development



Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across all Bagaara restaurants. Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns. Manage both online and offline channels, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, PR, sponsorships, and partnerships. Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate identity across all outlets and franchisees. Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform promotional activity. Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Commercial & Strategic Management



Align marketing and franchise expansion plans with overall business objectives, reporting directly to senior management. Set sales and marketing targets, monitor progress, and deliver performance reports. Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, sponsorships, and collaborations with external partners. Provide strategic input on pricing, promotions, and menu positioning to optimise revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, investors, and key industry stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behaviour, and best practices to keep Bagaara ahead of competitors.

Essential Skills & Experience



Proven experience in marketing or commercial management within hospitality, restaurants, or franchise-based businesses. Track record of successful franchise/business development, including negotiation and partner acquisition. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience directing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 42,500.00-55,000.00 per year
