We are a small but growing commercial cleaning company based in Worthing, with a reputation for quality service and strong client relationships. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and self-driven Marketing and Lead Generation Executive to help us grow our client base.
The Role:
Your main focus will be to generate new business leads through a combination of:
Cold calls to potential clients
Marketing emails and follow-ups
Building and nurturing LinkedIn connections
Growing our presence through social media marketing
You'll be working closely with our team but will be expected to manage your own workload, come up with new ideas, and drive results independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to new business prospects
Create and send marketing communications (emails, LinkedIn messages, posts)
Maintain and update a pipeline of leads
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
Report on progress and suggest improvements to our marketing strategy
