Digital Marketing Executive
with proven experience in the
housebuilding or property sector
to help drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation across our digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join McCarthy Stone's forward-thinking marketing team in a part-time job share role (three days a week), where you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the online presence of one of the UK's leading retirement living providers.
As a confident self-starter, you will bring proven experience in digital marketing within the housebuilding, real estate, or property sector, alongside hands-on expertise in SEO, CMS platforms (ideally Sitecore), and web performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Sitemorse, Hotjar, and SEMrush. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices, with a track record of managing and optimising large-scale websites to drive performance and engagement.
Your ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements will be key to enhancing user journeys and content effectiveness. Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, you combine strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working cross-functionally, you can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-specialist stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. Ideally, you will hold a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Your Impact
Your work will directly shape how customers discover, explore, and engage with McCarthy Stone developments online. By combining technical skill with creative insight, you will help optimise digital touchpoints and ensure our platforms perform at their best - delivering clear, measurable impact on marketing effectiveness and commercial success.
Your Attributes
You will bring:
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing large-scale websites or intranets.
Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore) and responsive platform technology.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and optimising website performance.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and ability to create and interpret dashboard reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
