Overview


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for public relations and social media management, with a strong ability to engage audiences and enhance our online presence. This role involves developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with our brand objectives, while fostering relationships with our community.

Duties



Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that resonates with our target audience. Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to measure success and inform future strategies. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community interaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and public relations to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications



Proven experience in social media management or public relations, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in content creation. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable.
