The Role

We're looking for a

Marketing & Social Media Manager

who can own our entire marketing function. From building our social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, to designing packaging, posters, and seasonal campaigns, you'll be the creative force behind how our brand is seen and experienced -- both online and in-store.

You'll work closely with the company director to understand our vision, values, and products. Together, we'll develop a marketing strategy that not only boosts sales but also connects deeply with our customers through culture, community, and creativity.

This is a hybrid role: initially on-site and remote as you learn the business, moving to mostly remote with one day on-site per week. Hours are flexible -- what matters most is delivering great work, on time.

What You'll Do

Lead our brand's B2C journey

: build and manage a social media presence that grows awareness and drives traffic to our new online store.

Create engaging content

: produce images, videos, and stories that highlight our products, seasonal events (Eid, Christmas, New Year, etc.), and product launches.

Design marketing assets

: from packaging and freezer labels to customer promos, posters, and food stall/event displays.

Craft seasonal and cultural campaigns

: connect with audiences during key festivals, holidays, and product launches with timely, impactful content.

Collaborate with the director

: ensure all creative work aligns with our brand vision and business goals.

Manage influencer & partner relationships

: amplify our reach through smart collaborations.

Analyse & optimise

: track campaign performance, learn what resonates, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Keep us ahead of the curve

: spot trends, explore new platforms, and bring bold, innovative ideas to the table.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

social media management, marketing, or brand storytelling

, ideally with a consumer-facing brand. A creative eye and design sensibility -- comfortable creating content that's both visually striking and on-brand. Hands-on with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Strong photography/videography skills, with the ability to capture and edit content that feels authentic and engaging. Solid understanding of

public relations and consumer engagement

. Excellent communication skills: clear, collaborative, and adaptable. Strong organisational skills -- able to juggle multiple projects, seasonal campaigns, and deadlines. A self-starter who thrives with both independence and collaboration. Passionate about food, culture, and storytelling -- and excited to build something from the ground up.
