What are we looking for?

We are looking for a generalist marketer for our fun, thriving and expanding ice cream business. We are a small company and have three shops currently, but have plans to open more parlours around the county. We focus on customer experience, fun and flavour.

We want a person who has multiple years worth of experience with marketing, both on and offline. We want someone who can manage our social media profile's, but also has the skills and knowhow to create a viral marketing campaign WITHOUT the internet...

We are looking for someone with vision, who can make quality decisions on the basis of our brand. We want someone who can take images and videos that are classy, fun and engaging, with product shoots, behind the scenes footage and local events and sights. There needs to be an understanding of how marketing drives revenue and brings customers to our physical locations.

Job Role?

You would be required to pitch in with the current team and wear many hats. You will be required to drive between different locations, interact with other employees and track and manage your own time.

You would already have your own portfolio that you can show us, and can give us clear evidence of a previous successful marketing campaign. Ideally, you would have some experience with website design and brand image.

This role is based in Newquay and will have a mixture of office based, working from home and driving between parlours.

Required Hours?

This role would be part time initially, for three months. If successful this role would extend to five days a week as a permanent role.

Brief:

As part of the application process we would like to see a marketing plan proposed for the theoretical opening of a new ice cream parlour. How would you make a splash on our opening day?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
