We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Marketing & Brand Communications Manager to lead and refine the daily marketing activity within our growing commercial team.

Working alongside the Head of Commercial, you will take full ownership of campaign delivery, brand communication, and the integrity of all written and visual materials leaving the business. You will manage our Graphic Designer and Multimedia Content Creator, ensuring every piece of creative output is accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice and values.

This role is ideal for a confident communicator who takes genuine pride in the precision of their work -- someone who understands that grammar, structure, and tone are as fundamental to brand credibility as design and strategy. Key Responsibilities



Leadership and Oversight



Supervise the Graphic Designer and Multimedia Content Creator, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback. Oversee all internal and external content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and quality across print and digital media. Serve as the final approval point ("brand gatekeeper") for all marketing output before publication or release. Work closely with the Head of Commercial to align all marketing activity with commercial objectives and brand standards.

Content Creation and Copywriting



Lead on all written communications, including website copy, articles, press releases, brochures, campaign materials, and email marketing. Ensure every piece of content is grammatically flawless, brand-aligned, and contextually appropriate to the audience and platform. Collaborate closely with creative colleagues to pair strong visual storytelling with concise, accurate, and persuasive written messaging.

Campaign and Brand Management



Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels under the guidance of the Commercial Manager. Maintain and strengthen our brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints. Support lead generation through effective content strategy, social media management, and data-driven campaign optimisation.

Quality Control and Brand Governance



Review, edit, and approve all content before release, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to tone and terminology guidelines. Uphold brand integrity across every communication and asset. Maintain and refine internal style guides, ensuring consistent grammar, capitalisation, terminology, and visual presentation.

Skills and Experience Required



Proven experience in a marketing management or senior content role. Exceptional written English, with meticulous attention to grammar, structure, and tone. Demonstrated ability to enforce brand and linguistic standards across a team or organisation. Experience managing creative professionals (design, video, or content). Solid understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in social media management, particularly LinkedIn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable



Experience in technology, B2B, or service-based sectors. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (as used by the creative team). Understanding of SEO principles and performance analytics. Experience developing or maintaining brand and editorial style guides.
