About The Role

Within this role you will be:


Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as menus, signage, flyers, and digital assets. Support in the scheduling and posting of content across digital channels (email, social media, web updates). Help write and proofread copy for campaigns, newsletters, and other comms, ensuring clarity and brand alignment. Help coordinate events Provide logistical support (booking spaces, preparing materials, liaising with catering staff and suppliers). Monitor campaign outcomes and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to have:


Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Attention to detail in written work and admin tasks. Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Desired Entry Requirements


GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent. Interest in marketing, events, hospitality, or food services. Previous part-time or volunteer experience in hospitality, retail or customer service (preferred but not essential).
