Our client is a bold, growing brand in the food sector known for its creative flair, strong values, and commitment to doing things differently. They're now looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join their team and help deliver engaging, multi-channel campaigns that get people talking (and eating!).
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from content creation and social media to campaign planning, market research, and performance analysis.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns
Creating and scheduling content across social platforms
Updating website content and helping write blog posts and newsletters
Assisting with email marketing and customer communications
Conducting market and competitor research
Helping design and coordinate marketing assets (e.g. graphics, video content)
Collecting and reviewing data to understand what's working and what's not
Taking part in team brainstorms and content planning sessions
What we're looking for:
This is an apprenticeship, so no experience is required--but we are looking for someone who:
Has achieved a 4/C and above in GCSE English and maths
Is ideally educated to A-level or above
Has strong written communication skills and a creative mindset
Is familiar with social media or other marketing platforms
Can work independently, stay organised, and meet deadlines
Enjoys solving problems and contributing ideas
Brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
The apprenticeship
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
Campaign management;
Content creation;
Social Media marketing;
Digital and traditional communications;
Brand management;
Communication skills;
Project Management;
And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
