About the Role

As a Marketing Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of the marketing team. Working closely with senior marketing staff, you'll support digital marketing activities and contribute to wider marketing and event planning efforts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while receiving structured training and development.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives across a variety of channels and activities. This is an exciting and varied position offering hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing, including:

Social Media

: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across our social media platforms, helping to grow our online presence and community engagement.

Copywriting

: Write clear, compelling content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials, aligned with our brand voice and objectives.

Graphic Design (using Canva)

: Create eye-catching visual content and marketing materials using Canva, including social media graphics, flyers, presentations, and digital adverts.

Website Support

: Help update and maintain our website content to ensure it is current, user-friendly, and aligned with our marketing campaigns.

Events

: Support the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, from logistics and promotion to setup and on-the-day coordination.

Traditional Marketing

: Assist in developing printed marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, posters, and direct mail campaigns.

Market Research

: Conduct research to assist with the marketing strategy.

All-Round Marketing Support

: Be involved in a bit of everything - this is a great opportunity to gain experience across the full marketing mix in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Full UK Driving Licence

The Apprenticeship

This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:

Campaign management; Content creation; Social Media marketing; Digital and traditional communications; Brand management; Communication skills; Project Management; And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
