Happy Days Nurseries are seeking a Marketing Apprentice who is eager to develop their skills and gain practical experience in a professional marketing environment. This role offers a structured learning programme alongside real-world application, providing a strong foundation for a successful career in marketing. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, gaining knowledge in various aspects of marketing while contributing to our busy marketing team's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Developing an understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement. Assisting in the creation of marketing content for digital and traditional platforms. Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Learning how to analyse marketing data to measure effectiveness and inform strategy. Gaining experience in digital marketing tools, social media, and automation platforms. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

A keen interest in marketing and business development. Strong communication and creative skills. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. GCSEs grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake functional skills. Driving Licence preferred.
